We sell digital products, so nothing is sent by courier and there is no delivery charge. This page explains what you receive after payment, where, and how fast.
What you receive
Depending on the product, one or more of:
- A download link (software, plugins, templates, e-books).
- A link to open the product (online software or courses).
- A licence key, for products that need one.
- Setup and how-to-use steps.
Each product page lists exactly what you get under "Specifications and what you get".
Where you receive it
- On your order page, as soon as payment is confirmed.
- By email, to the address you ordered with.
- Licence keys also come by SMS.
- In My account (https://qvixgroup.com/en/account), any time, by signing in with the mobile number or email you ordered with.
How fast
- Paid through the online gateway (card or online bKash/Nagad): straight after payment.
- Sent the money yourself and gave a Transaction ID: once we have checked it, usually within a few hours.
- Products we prepare or set up for you: the time is on the product page, or we tell you by phone.
If it has not arrived
Check your email's spam or promotions folder, and sign in to My account. If it is still missing, call +8801516604031, message us on WhatsApp, or email hello@qvixgroup.com with your order number. If you have paid, we send it right away. If we cannot deliver it for any reason, you get your money back under the refund policy.
Custom work
When and how you receive a website, custom software, app, design or video is set out in the written quote or agreement for that work.
