04What people ask
Our teachers are not good with computers, can they use it?
Yes. The menus are in Bangla and we train teachers hands-on during setup. Help by phone continues after that.
How do parents get SMS?
When attendance, fees or results are entered, the software sends the SMS itself. SMS cost is separate and very low.
Does it work for madrasas and colleges?
Yes. Classes, sections and subjects are set up your way, so schools, colleges and madrasas can all use it.
Where is the data kept, can it be lost?
On a server with regular backups. Even if a computer breaks, the data is safe.
